April 28, 2022: ST. PAUL OF THE CROSS, CONFESSOR

“With Christ I am nailed to the cross. And I live, now not I; but Christ liveth in me. I live in the faith of the Son of God, Who loved me, and delivered himself for me.”
(Gal, ii. 19, 20)

Prayer (Collect).

O Lord Jesus Christ, for preaching the mystery of the Cross, You endowed Saint Paul with a singular charity, and You willed that through him a new family should flourish in Your Church; grant through his intercession for us, that, ever mindful of Your Passion on earth, we may be accounted worthy to obtain its fruit in heaven. Who live and reign, world without end. Amen.
